Drugs Bust in Herne Bay: BMW Stop Leads to Major Seizure

Kent Police swooped on a BMW in Herne Bay High Street on the evening of Monday 24 May 2021 after a tip-off about drug dealing.

Officers seized suspected crack cocaine and cannabis, along with a large stash of cash and several small sealable bags – classic signs of drug supply.

Driver Arrested on Multiple Charges

The 30-year-old Herne Bay man behind the wheel was arrested for being involved in drug supply, driving while disqualified, and driving with excess drugs in his system.

He remains in police custody as inquiries continue.

Police Urge Public to Report Drug Activity

Kent Police does not tolerate drug dealing,” said Canterbury Inspector Kevin Stephens. “If you spot suspicious activity or have concerns, report it online, call 101, or dial 999 if a crime is happening. We will investigate and act.”
