Burglar Strikes in West Ashton, Steals Cash and Jewellery
Police are hunting witnesses after a brazen burglary in West Ashton saw cash and jewellery stolen.
The break-in happened at a Bratton Road home between 10.30am and 1.40pm last Friday (09/10). The culprit smashed through a rear conservatory door to gain entry, then made off with a stash of valuables.
Police Urge Locals to Speak Up
PC Ashton Schorah from Trowbridge Area Community Policing Team said:
“We’ve carried out forensic tests and spoken to neighbours close by. Now, we want anyone who was in the area on Friday and noticed suspicious behaviour – odd people or vehicles – to get in touch.”
