Detectives have identified the teenager stabbed to death on Monday 10 April as 17-year-old Chima Osuji.
Rapid Response to Stabbing Incident
Police rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a stabbing at 9.21pm. Officers arrived in just three minutes, joined by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
Tragic Death Despite Emergency Aid
Despite desperate first aid efforts by both the public and emergency crews, Chima sadly died at the scene.
Ongoing Investigation and Arrests
Chima’s family have been informed and are receiving support from family liaison officers.
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Two other teenage boys were previously taken into custody.
