£5,200 was later withdrawn with the stolen card.
The intruder was described as:
- Eastern European
- Late 20s
- Skinny build
- 5ft 6ins tall

Police Link The Crimes, Seek Public Help
PC Paul Jennings said, “We believe both incidents are connected. Victims shopped at the same supermarket and someone may have noted their PINs while they shopped.”
He added, “We’ve secured CCTV images of three individuals—a woman and two men—who may help trace the stolen cards, which were used locally.”
The police urge anyone recognising the suspects to call 101 immediately.
