London Shaken by Knife and Gun Rampage: Ten Stabbings and Teen Shot Dead in Four-Day Horror

Plumstead Double Stabbing Sparks Six Arrests

On the night of July 20, just before 10 PM, two victims were rushed to hospital after a savage double stabbing near Bostall Hill on Plumstead High Street. Fortunately, both suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police quickly swooped, arresting six suspects linked to the attack on charges including affray.

Harold Hill Stabbing Victims Hospitalised

Earlier that evening at around 5:40 PM, two men were attacked on North Hill Drive, Harold Hill. Both sustained non-life-threatening wounds and are now in hospital. Emergency services responded swiftly to this latest act of violence.

15-Year-Old Shot Dead in Ladbroke Grove

The violence screamed to a deadly new height on July 21 when 15-year-old Rene Graham was shot dead in Emslie Horniman’s Pleasance Park, Ladbroke Grove. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene around 7:20 PM. Police arrested four men aged 20 to 25 on suspicion of murder.

More Stabbings Rock London Over Following Days

  • A 32-year-old woman was fatally stabbed in Walthamstow during the early hours of July 22. A 45-year-old man known to her was arrested on suspicion of murder.
  • An 18-year-old man was stabbed in Lewisham on July 21 and survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
  • A male victim suffered serious stab wounds near the British Museum on Great Russell Street and was hospitalised.
  • In Streatham, a man in his 50s was critically wounded after being stabbed multiple times on Abercairn Road.
  • A stabbing incident on High Street, Harlesden, left a victim who later sought hospital treatment.
  • The violence peaked on July 23 with a stabbing at Seven Sisters tube station, where a man was left fighting for his life.

Police Scramble as Community Awaits Answers

Detective Chief Superintendent James Conway said: “Our communities will be deeply concerned by this event. Urgent enquiries are underway, and my officers are working hard to identify the suspects.”

The Metropolitan Police have boosted patrols across the affected areas and are urgently appealing for witnesses to step forward and aid investigations. The city remains on edge as locals demand tougher action to halt the knife and gun crime surge.
