After returning home, a woman showed up at the victim’s address. He handed over the cash and two bank cards to her. Later, the same woman returned, and he gave her his gold cufflinks, antique coins, and commemorative coins.
The elderly man was reassured that his belongings would be safekept and returned within days.

“A vulnerable, elderly man was persuaded to hand over a large sum of money and items that were precious to him,” said Detective Constable Michael Esangbedo.
“I am very keen to speak to the woman in the photograph we have released and urge anyone who can identify her to please get in touch.”
