Boy Fights Off Creepy Stranger at Bus Stop
Just after 9.25am on Tuesday, 8 November, a 12-year-old lad was waiting for the bus outside Millbrook Towers on Windermere Avenue when trouble struck.
A man suddenly grabbed the boy’s arm from behind and snarled, “Come with me.” But the boy wasn’t having it. He punched the man in the ribs, making him let go.
Chase Down 1 Lane
The dodgy stranger tried to follow the boy twice as he sprinted down 1 Lane. Luckily, the child managed to escape around 9.30am.

- Height between 5ft 10ins and 6ft
- White with large build
- Short dark brown hair
- Scar or mark on left cheek
- Wearing a dark blue waist-length raincoat
