James Markham, 45, was tragically killed on 9 August after confronting a group of youths who were shouting at his daughter outside their home in Chingford.

The teenager has also been charged with breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). He remains in youth detention ahead of his plea hearing on 2 November.
