A Gainsborough driver was injured when a moped passenger threw a household appliance at their vehicle. The incident unfolded amid reports of vehicle damage across Lincolnshire town.
Suspects caught and bailed
Police arrested a teenager and a 25-year-old man on Friday night after spotting three males riding what they believe were stolen motorbikes in Gainsborough town centre. Both were held on suspicion of motor vehicle theft but have since been released on bail.
Additional arrests amid town centre mayhem
During patrols, officers also searched a 22-year-old man found carrying a metal pole. He was arrested but later released under investigation.
