Baby Mohammed Ibrahim Murder: Man Charged in Sparkhill Tragedy
29-Year-Old Charged with Murder and Assault
Kadees Mohammed, 29, from Dovey Road, Sparkhill, has been charged with murder, assault, and two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. He is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court.
Baby Victim Named: ‘A Beautiful Flower’
The tragic baby boy has been named as Mohammed Ibrahim. His heartbroken family shared a touching tribute: “To our beautiful baby boy, Mohammed Ibrahim. A beautiful flower in our lives. Your family loves you so much. We will be together again one day. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.”
They continue to receive support from specialist family liaison officers.
Others Injured and Ongoing Investigation
Two other people injured in the incident were treated and discharged from hospital. Meanwhile, a police cordon remains in place at the Dovey Road property as forensic experts carry out detailed examinations.
