Woman Helped Paedophile Target Children for Two Years
Tristan Goodwin’s sick plan to sexually abuse children was aided by a woman, Angel Fuller, over a two-year crime spree.
Between May 2021 and January 2022, Goodwin committed sex offences against a child at least three times after Fuller arranged their meetings. Later that year, Fuller took another child to meet Goodwin, who then raped them.
Jail Time for Both Offenders
Goodwin, 24, was jailed for eight and a half years and will serve an extra four years on licence under an extended sentence. Fuller, just 19, was locked up for four and a half years.
Both have been slapped with sexual harm prevention orders and face lifetime inclusion on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Detective Condemns Duo’s ‘Depraved Actions’
“Goodwin and Fuller worked together to target young, vulnerable victims and their depraved actions will leave a lasting impact on the victims’ lives,” said Detective Constable Grant Broad.
“I wish to commend the courage of these vulnerable victims in supporting this investigation and ensuring a dangerous predator has been held to account for his appalling actions.”
“If anyone has been a victim of any sexual offence it is never too late to report this to the police. We will always treat any information with the utmost confidence and sensitivity.”
