Son Arrested, Claims He Thought He Was Attacking Intruder
Peter, 53, was arrested at the scene. When told he was suspected of murdering his father, he replied in disbelief: “My dad? Are you kidding?”
At Nottingham Crown Court, it emerged Peter was high on cocaine and alcohol. He told police he believed he was attacking a drug-dealing intruder, not his own dad.
