Parents Plead Not Guilty in Tragic Baby Death
Samuel Warnock, 28, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his three-month-old daughter, Miyah Warnock.
His partner, Jasmine Warnock, also 28, denies charges of causing or allowing the death of a child.
Little Miyah’s Fight for Life
Miyah was rushed to Bristol Children’s Hospital on September 20, 2021. Despite medical efforts, she sadly passed away nearly a month later on October 19, 2021.
Trial Set for New Year
Samuel Warnock remains in custody, while Jasmine Warnock has been released on conditional bail.
Both face trial at Winchester Crown Court, starting January 12.
