Knife Fight in Harrow Turns Deadly
Lucious Winchester was armed with knives during a violent scuffle on Harrow Street at 5am on 27 July last year. The fight ended in tragedy when Jetmir Pemaj, 33, was fatally stabbed at the scene.
One Dead, Another Injured

Suspect Caught with Knives in Hand
Winchester casually walked back to the car after the deadly attack and fled the scene. Police later found three knives nearby, all traced back to him. The 25-year-old from Barnwood Road, Quinton, was arrested just two days later.
15 Years for Manslaughter
Winchester pleaded guilty to manslaughter, wounding, and aggravated burglary. Today, he was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for the brutal attack that ended Jetmir Pemaj’s life.
