Cop Charged Over Shocking Allegations Spanning Three Years
Liam Shields, 24, a police officer from Stamford, has been hit with charges related to alleged offences between February and May 2019, and again in May 2022.
Suspended and Under Scrutiny
Police confirmed Shields has been suspended from duty. The case is now with the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for a thorough probe.

Assistant Chief Constable Kerrin Wilson said: “We take such allegations very seriously as we know they can affect the confidence of our communities.”
