Man, 22, slammed with multiple charges after brutal NW10 attack
Serious Charges Laid
Gulwali Stanezay, 22, with no fixed address, was charged on Thursday, 2 March, with:
- Two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH);
- Attempted residential burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm;
- Criminal damage.
Swift Custody and Court Appearances
Stanezay was held in custody and appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court the same day. He is set to return to court, still in custody, on 9 May.
Attack Sparks Police Probe
The arrest stems from a police call on Sunday, 26 February, reporting assault and criminal damage on Minet Avenue, NW10. A man in his 50s and a woman in her 20s were rushed to hospital with injuries matching ABH.
Investigation Leads to Arrest
Following police enquiries, Stanezay was arrested on 1 March before being formally charged.
