Man in 30s Hospitalised After Violent Assault – Suspect Arrested
Just after 9.15pm on Thursday (22/8), emergency crews rushed to the scene following reports of a brutal assault on a man in his 30s. The victim suffered serious injuries and was quickly taken to hospital.
Suspect Charged with Grievous Bodily Harm
Ben Starr, 34, from Woodside Avenue, Ripley, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent. The case is linked to a violent stabbing incident in Rochester.
Remanded in Custody, Court Appearance Today
Starr was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court today to face the charges.
