Suspect Nabbed in Romania
Marius Mihai Dragici, 49, was arrested by Romanian police last August. He is set to appear at chelmsford/" title="Chelmsford" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this Saturday, charged over the tragedy.
