Olivia was killed when a man armed with a gun fired shots after chasing convicted burglar Joseph Nee into her Liverpool home on August 22. Her mother, Cheryl Korbel, 46, was also injured in the attack.
Accused Denies All Charges at Liverpool Crown Court
Thomas Cashman, 34, from West Derby’s Grenadier Drive, appeared via video link to enter not guilty pleas to murder, attempted murder, and wounding with intent. He also denied two counts of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
