Speed Demon Caught Doing 103mph on M4 Without Insurance
Deivydas Trinkunus, 41, from Whitchurch, Bristol, was nailed doing 103mph between junctions 15 and 16 on the westbound M4 around 4pm on September 30. Officers running speed checks slammed on the brakes and pulled over the BMW 1 Series.
No Insurance and Breath Test Refusal Seal His Fate
When stopped, Trinkunus had no insurance. Things went from bad to worse when he refused to provide a breath sample after being taken into custody.
Heavy Penalties for Speeding Rascal
At Salisbury Magistrates Court on November 3, Trinkunus pleaded guilty to speeding, driving without insurance, and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
