Man Calls 999 with Leg Pain – Cops Find Shocking Images at His Home
Antonio Dimascio’s routine 999 call took a dark twist. On December 7, 2018, the 56-year-old from Arbury, Cambridge, rang for an ambulance after suffering leg pain. But when medics arrived, they spotted disturbing photos of young girls at his property – some scantily clad, others completely naked.
Police Raid Home After Ambulance Staff Raise Alarm
The emergency crew took Dimascio to hospital for treatment but alerted police about the images. Officers searched his home and seized the illicit pictures, some printed at a local supermarket. They also confiscated several electronic devices.
During a police interview, Dimascio admitted printing some images at home and others at a supermarket’s self-service printing kiosk.
Community Sentence and Sex Offender Restrictions
Last Friday (November 13), Cambridge Crown Court handed down Dimascio’s sentence. He received an 18-month community order, a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and must remain on the Sex Offenders Register for five years. Additionally, he is required to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity.
