Prison perv Terrance Kamara exposed himself to staff after fake emergencies
Terrance Kamara repeatedly flashed a prison staff member after they rushed to his emergency alarm. Kamara would ask for items like a pen or paper — but when the victim returned, he was caught in the act of indecent exposure.
Sex offender given extra jail time for prison assaults
The 27-year-old was already serving 2½ years for a series of sex crimes from earlier in 2022, including three counts of indecent exposure. But his unwanted antics inside a prison near Eastchurch during July, August and October last year landed him in deeper trouble.

Previously from Tilbury, Essex, he pleaded guilty at Canterbury Crown Court and was handed an extra 56 weeks behind bars on 30 November 2023. He’s also been slapped on the sex offender register for a decade.
Police vow to protect prison staff from abuse
“Staff working in prisons are no different and should not have to accept such appalling actions during the course of their duties,” said Detective Sergeant James Greagsby of the Prison Crime Investigation Team. “Just like any other victim of sexual offences, the abuse suffered at the hands of offenders like Kamara can have lasting and sometimes devastating effects.”
Kamara’s latest crimes shine a harsh light on the dangers prison staff face — and the fight to keep jails safe for those who work there.
