Leonard Duke Faces Multiple Charges
Leonard Duke, 47, from Daffodil Road, Rochester, was slapped with seven serious charges at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 5 October 2022. His alleged crimes include stalking that caused serious alarm or distress, common assault, and assault by beating.
Victims Speak Out
The accusations come from seven women, spanning from 1 April 2021 to 29 September 2022. Adding to the case, one of the female victims and a man also reported being assaulted by Duke.
Remanded in Custody, Court Date Set
Duke was remanded in custody on Thursday, 6 October and is set to face Maidstone Crown Court on a date yet to be confirmed.
