Child Rapist Busted After Sick Social Media Abuse Uncovered
Daniel Noelken was arrested in Thanet after a report of child rape. A police search of his home uncovered hard drives packed with vile evidence of abuse against other boys and girls via social media.
Police Hunt Reveals Horror Files
On 15 February 2019, kent-police/" title="Kent Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Kent Police swooped after receiving a report that Noelken had sexually abused a child the previous day. He was arrested immediately. Forensic tests confirmed Noelken’s DNA was found on the victim’s clothing.
Officers raided Noelken’s Whitefriars Meadow home in Sandwich, uncovering computer hard drives named after various children. Each contained obscene images, pointing to a wider scale of abuse. Police tracked down the victims, uncovering a chilling pattern.
Grooming via Social Media
- Noelken posed as a child online to trick victims.
- He persuaded them to send naked photos and kept demanding more.
- If victims tried to block him or refuse, he threatened to tell their friends.
Justice Served with 12 Years Behind Bars
On 3 April 2020, Noelken faced multiple child abuse charges in East Kent and attempts to commit offences in Manchester. He admitted 14 charges and was found guilty of four more.
Judge at Canterbury Crown Court sentenced Noelken to 12 years in prison on July 22, 2022. He must serve four years probation and will be on a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life.
