Met Police Officer Busted

PC Mohammad Ghalayini, from North Area BCU, was arrested on Wednesday, 24 March. The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards led the investigation.

Charged and Facing Court

On Monday, 25 October, he was formally charged. PC Ghalayini is set to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 18 November.

Suspended from Duty

He has been suspended while the case proceeds.
