Man Arrested Over Jewellery Thefts During Loft Insulation Jobs
Kent Police have swooped after three reports of jewellery stolen during loft insulation work at homes between late May and late June 2024.
Suspect Nabbed in Sandwich
Detectives arrested 60-year-old Stuart McAllister of Strand Street, Sandwich on Wednesday 17 July. He has been charged with burglary linked to the three incidents.
Legal Action Underway
McAllister appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on 18 July. He was granted bail and is set to face Canterbury Crown Court on 19 August.
