Woman Bites and Kicks Cop After Walking in Front of Cars

A shocking incident unfolded at around 5.05pm on Sunday 7 March 2021, when police were called to Sandling Road over concerns for a woman’s welfare.

Chaos on Staceys Street

Officers found the woman wandering dangerously, stepping in front of moving vehicles on Staceys Street. When an officer tried to get her back onto the pavement, things turned violent – she reportedly kicked and bit the cop.

Arrest and Charges

The woman, identified as 31-year-old Timea Orban from Barton Road, maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone, was swiftly arrested. She now faces serious charges of assaulting an emergency worker by beating.

Ms Orban was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 9 March.
