Man Busted for Indecent Act in Whitstable Park
Police swooped on Friday afternoon, August 11, after a teenage girl spotted a man committing an indecent act inside a car on Kingsdown Park Road. Officers quickly arrested Bradley Laraman, 21, from Station Road, Whitstable.
Charged and Remanded
Laraman was formally charged on Saturday, August 12. He is set to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 14, awaiting further proceedings.
