Busted! Drug Dealer Nabbed in Kent Police Crackdown
Billy George Caught Red-Handed
Billy George, 28, was slammed behind bars after Kent Police stormed his Greenwich home with a drugs warrant. The Flintmill Crescent man admitted to possessing heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine with intent to supply. He also pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods and possessing cannabis.
Massive Haul Found During Raid
Officers swooped on 9 December 2020 as part of a crackdown on the notorious ‘H’ county line drug network. Inside George’s bedroom, cops uncovered 50 wraps of heroin and cocaine. A stash of crack cocaine, another 50 heroin wraps, weighing scales, and drug deal phone numbers were hidden in a secret void inside a hallway cupboard.
Stolen Car Linked to Drug Operation
Hidden alongside the drugs were keys to a Toyota Yaris parked nearby. Investigations revealed the car was stolen from Dartford and disguised with false plates. Cops also seized cannabis, a large sum of cash, and two mobile phones. Text messages on one phone confirmed George’s deep involvement in drug deals.
Three Years’ Jail for Kent’s Key Dealer
On 5 March 2021, Maidstone Crown Court sentenced George to three years and four months behind bars. PC Michael Kiernan said: “George was a key player in the ‘H’ line and went to great lengths to hide drugs and stolen car keys in a secret cupboard void. Drugs devastate users and their families—we won’t tolerate this crime. We’ll keep fighting to smash the supply chains feeding north Kent and Medway.”
