Stabbing Chaos at Selfridges: Police Hunt Witnesses After London Store Fight
Police are on the hunt for witnesses after a violent brawl broke out inside Selfridges on Oxford Street, central London. Officers rushed to the scene at around 7.35pm on Saturday, 8 May, following reports of a fight.
Man Stabbed in the Leg
When police arrived, they found a 20-year-old man with a stab wound to his leg. He was rushed to hospital, treated, and later discharged. Shockingly, the victim was then arrested on suspicion of affray and is still in custody.
Seven Others Also Arrested
The Met isn’t stopping there. Seven more suspects have been locked up on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and affray. They include:
- 21-year-old man
- 20-year-old man
- 18-year-old man
- Another 20-year-old man
- 22-year-old man
- 26-year-old man
- 20-year-old woman
All remain in custody as police continue their investigation.
