Man Stabbed in Ryde – Suspect Charged
Police rushed to Oak Vale at 3.31pm on Friday, May 27, after reports a man in his twenties was stabbed in the torso.
The victim was quickly taken to hospital and released shortly after.
22-Year-Old Charged with GBH
After a swift investigation, William Kulik, 22, from Mayfield Road, Ryde, was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Kulik pled guilty at Isle of Wight Crown Court yesterday.
Bail Set Ahead of September Sentencing
The court granted Kulik bail but ordered him to return to Isle of Wight Crown Court on September 8 for sentencing.
