Thorough Probe Leads to Charges
Detectives from the North Kent Vulnerability Investigation Team led a complex investigation. The Crown Prosecution Service has now authorised seven counts of sexual assault against Bawa.
Next Court Date Set
Bawa is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 12 May 2023, to face the charges.
