Cuxton Man Jailed for Sex Crimes Against Children
Jordan Randall, 26, from Charles Drive, Cuxton, has been slapped with a five-year prison sentence for preying on children. The vile predator approached two youngsters in Chatham and then lured them into sexual conversations on social media.
Disturbing Crimes Uncovered
Randall admitted to two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, two counts of inciting sexual activity with a child, and one count of possessing indecent images of a child. The court learned he first targeted a victim at a bus stop in The Brook, Chatham, back in early 2016 before moving the abuse online.
Kent Police Acted Fast
The case was reported in July 2016, prompting a swift arrest. Further investigation revealed Randall used the same manipulative tactics with a second victim earlier that year, swapping sexual images and exploiting their vulnerability.
Warning from the Police
“Randall has proven himself to be a manipulative predator, deliberately engaging with children and using their vulnerability to fulfil his sexual gratification. He presents a very real danger to children and I welcome the sentence he has received,” said Acting Detective Sergeant Paul Edwards.
“This behaviour is not acceptable. I want to commend the victims who helped the investigation and pursued justice.”
