No Fixed Abode Man Charged with Rape in Manchester
Karl Kablan, also known as ‘Toby’, has been charged with the rape of a woman at her home on Saturday, 29 October 2022. Kablan, who has no fixed address, remains in custody and is due in Manchester Crown Court on Wednesday, 25 January 2023.

The victim did not know the attacker, making this a terrifying ordeal in her own home. Police swiftly arrested Kablan and charged him with rape. He has been remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance.
