Homeless Man Charged Over Westfield Stabbing
Dramatic Arrest at Westfield Shopping Centre
Dwayne Harrison-Brooks, 34, with no fixed address, was charged on Thursday, 15 April with causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a bladed article.
The man is set to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 16 April.
Stabbing Shocks West London
Police rushed to Westfield, near Ariel Way, W12, at 7.12pm on Wednesday, 14 April following reports of a stabbing.
Officers arrived on scene with the London Ambulance Service and discovered a 21-year-old man had been stabbed in the thigh.
Victim in Stable Condition
The victim was swiftly taken to hospital. Thankfully, his injury was assessed as non-life-threatening.
