Teens Held After Brutal Wallet Snatch in Eastbourne
20-Year-Old Assaulted and Robbed at Hartfield Park
A 20-year-old man was mugged in broad daylight at Eastbourne’s Hartfield Park last Friday. Two teens reportedly attacked him, stealing his wallet before making a quick getaway.
Police Nab Suspects Quickly
Thanks to fast police action, two boys aged 16 and 17 were arrested and charged with robbery. The older teen has also been hit with a public order offense charge. Both suspects remain in custody.
Suspects to Face Brighton Magistrates’ Court
The youths can’t be named for legal reasons. They’re due to appear in court on Monday, March 13.
