Four Men Get 64 Years Over Euston Funeral Drive-By Shooting
Four men have been slammed with a total of 64 years behind bars for a shocking drive-by shooting outside a funeral in Euston. The January 2023 attack left four women and two girls injured — including a little girl with a shotgun pellet stuck dangerously close to her heart.
Gang Attack Planned Months in Advance
Tyrell Lacroix, 23, Jashy Perch, 20, Jordan Walters, 24, and Alrico Nelson-Martin, 20, faced Kingston Crown Court on April 12. They were found guilty of conspiracy to wound with intent to cause serious harm.
Police revealed Lacroix, a known member of a North London gang, masterminded the assault. He believed rival gang members would be at the funeral and parked a black Toyota car weeks beforehand to use in the attack.
Little Girl Seriously Injured, Families Devastated
During the shooting, one young girl suffered multiple pellet wounds to her arms, legs, and pelvic area — with one pellet lodged close to her heart. The terror left victims and families shattered. One mother tearfully recounted her daughter’s heartbreaking words: “Mummy, why has this happened to me?”
Police Crack the Case, Hunt Continues For Third Suspect
Detective Inspector Darren Jones from the Specialist Crime Trident team condemned the violence. He warned of the lifelong scars inflicted on the victims and praised the meticulous investigation using CCTV and phone data to catch the criminals.
The four men received their sentences, but police are still on the lookout for a third suspect who was also in the getaway vehicle during the shooting.
DI Jones said: “This investigation shows our relentless determination to find dangerous offenders and bring them to justice. We hope today’s sentencing brings some comfort and closure to the victims.”
