A drug dealer faces four-and-a-half years behind bars after being caught red-handed by police in Guildford. Edvaldo Dokaj was stopped by officers on Woodbridge Road at 11:35 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, amid suspicions his vehicle was linked to drug supply.
Cocaine and Cash Seized in Police Stop
Dokaj was detained under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Police found cash, a mobile phone filled with drug supply messages, and a small bag of white powder. Forensic tests later confirmed it was cocaine.
Guilty Verdict After Four-Day Trial
Arrested on suspicion of dealing class A drugs, Dokaj was charged and remanded in custody. After a four-day trial, he was found guilty and sentenced to four years and six months behind bars.
