Horrific Acid Attack in Southall as Masked Thugs Break In
Terrifying Late-Night Raid
Masked raiders launched a shocking acid attack during a burglary in Southall, West London, late on Thursday night. Around 11pm on Lady Margaret Road, four men armed with a knife and screwdriver stormed a house, spraying a corrosive liquid into the face of a man inside.
Victim Rushed to Hospital
The victim, a man in his 70s, suffered facial injuries but police confirmed his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing. Emergency services, including police, London Ambulance Service paramedics, and firefighters, swiftly arrived at the scene following the attack.
Thieves Make Off with Safe and Valuables
The gang stole a safe containing cash and jewellery before fleeing. Officers established a crime scene at the property and launched a full investigation. The suspects were described as wearing dark clothes, balaclavas, and gloves.
