Manhunt Underway for Billy James in New Forest
Police are hunting Billy James, 48, from the New Forest. He’s wanted for breach of licence and has outstanding warrants from East Dorset and Salisbury Magistrates’ Courts.

- Stocky build
- Short brown hair and brown eyes
- Distinctive tattoos:
- ‘Emily’ in a heart on right arm
- ‘Rosie and Tommy’ in a bird and heart on right arm
- ‘Pauline’ in a rose on left arm
