Toby Tapp, 21, from Brewer Street, Lamberhurst, faced the music at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on 15 February 2022. He pleaded guilty to driving dangerously and being well over the legal drink-drive limit in Flimwell, East Sussex, on 29 January 2022.

When stopped by the cops, Tapp blew 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath—more than three times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
