Eight men have been arrested for gang-raping an 18-year-old British tourist at the BH Mallorca Resort in Magaluf, Mallorca. The attackers – seven French nationals and one Swiss man – brutally assaulted the young woman while she was heavily intoxicated and unconscious.

The court revealed chilling details of the crime. Mejbri and Galatioto led the attack while the victim lay unconscious. Wengler and Tchatchou each raped her at least once, joined by Wisniewski. During the ordeal, the woman was spat on, whipped, slapped, and subjected to vile chants and laughter. Auque and Wade stood by, egging on the depraved act.
Harsh Jail Terms Handed Down
Mejbri and Wisniewski admitted to “sexual assault with carnal access” – non-consensual penetration – and were sentenced to nine years behind bars. Wengler, Tchatchou, and Galatioto pleaded guilty to the same offence and received tougher 11-year prison terms.
“The victim was in a state of unconsciousness following heavy drinking,” the court head explained.
