Jaswant Singh Chail Faces Serious Charges
On Tuesday, August 2, 20-year-old Jaswant Singh Chail from Southampton was formally charged with multiple offences:
- Breaching Section 2 of the Treason Act 1842
- Threatening to kill, under Section 16 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861
- Possessing a lethal weapon, violating Section 1 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1953
Held on Remand Ahead of Court Appearance
