A man is set to appear in court charged with murder following a deadly blaze that claimed two lives in Walthamstow.
Tragic Fire Shakes Walthamstow
Emergency services were called to a residential property on Forest Road, E17, at 10:24pm on Sunday, 21 April 2024, after reports of a fire. Police and the London Fire Brigade rushed to the scene, only to discover two men dead inside. The victims have been identified as 24-year-old Mohammed Djellal and 35-year-old Faouzi Bouchadoe. Specialist officers are supporting their grieving families.
