Ian Elliott Faces Multiple Charges
Ian Elliott, 69, of Stall House Lane, North Heath, is hit with two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, voyeurism, and two counts of administering a substance to commit a sexual offence. He is also under investigation for other offences. Elliott is currently in custody and will appear in court on January 3, 2023.
Police Urge Community to Come Forward
Detective Inspector Jason Hazzard said: “This is a significant investigation into a series of sexual assaults which took place over a number of years and could span several decades. We urge anyone with information to come forward.”
Elliott was once a well-known figure in the community, involved in sports and social clubs around Wisborough Green. Police want to hear from anyone who lived, worked, or socialised there and might have had contact with him—especially those who worked at any properties he owned.
“We are supporting several victims, but there may be others who haven’t spoken out yet. It’s vital they do, even if the information is historic,” said DI Hazzard.
