A 32-year-old man has been sentenced to 23 years behind bars after admitting to a savage attempted murder in Biddulph, Cheshire.

Jordan Williamson’s Brutal Knife Attack

Jordan Williamson, from Congleton, faced Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Monday 15 December. He pleaded guilty to attempted murder, carrying a knife in public, affray, and assaulting an emergency worker.

Night of Terror on Congleton Road

Early on Saturday 15 March 2025, Staffordshire Police rushed to Congleton Road, Biddulph, at 1:10am following a reported burglary. The victim was viciously stabbed multiple times, suffering serious, life-changing wounds to his head, chest, and back.

Williamson was arrested at the scene and charged the following day.
