Man Stabbed in Leg After Row in Folkestone Street

A man in his 20s was left with a stab wound to the leg following a violent disturbance in Folkestone. The drama unfolded inside a Watkin Road property before spilling out onto the street at around 10pm on Tuesday, 14 May 2019.

Violence Erupts on Watkin Road

The victim was attacked during the fight before paramedics rushed him to hospital. Police were alerted and arrived quickly, but the suspects had already vanished.

Four Suspects on the Run

Eyewitnesses described four young Black men, all dressed in dark clothing and hooded tops, fleeing the scene. Detectives believe they are between their late teens and twenties.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Kent Police are combing the area, going door-to-door and scouring CCTV to track down those responsible. They urge anyone with information, or dashcam footage from Watkin Road or nearby streets between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, to come forward.

“We want anyone who saw what happened or has any footage to get in touch,” said a police spokesperson.
