Egg Attack on Jewish Worshippers Rocks Hale Lane
Between 12 and 18 March, Jewish worshippers and a synagogue in Hale Lane were targeted in a shocking spree of egg-throwing attacks. A silver Ford Mondeo packed with passengers hurled eggs at the community, leaving many distressed, though thankfully no one was seriously hurt.
Police Step Up Hunt for Egg Throwers
Several witnesses have stepped forward with statements and footage of the shocking incidents. Police have already arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of racially aggravated assault. He has since been bailed as investigations continue.
