Teen Terror Suspect Nabbed in Cheshire
Vaughn Conrad John Dolphin, 19, from Aldridge in Walsall, was arrested on June 27 at a property in Cheshire on terror-related charges.
Serious Terror Charges Laid
- Dolphin faces eight counts linked to terrorism.
- He is charged with two counts of possessing explosive substances, breaking the Explosive Substances Act 1883.
- He allegedly shared online material encouraging terrorist acts, violating the Terrorism Act Section 2(1)(d).
- Additionally, he faces six counts of holding documents useful for preparing or committing terrorism, under the Terrorism Act 2000.
Court Date Set
The 19-year-old is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on July 5.
