Teen Brutally Attacked Outside Regent Street Shop
A shocking assault unfolded at around 4.15pm on November 25. A 16-year-old boy was targeted at a cash machine outside Fresh From Asia on Regent Street.
He was set upon by a gang of about 10 males who kicked and punched him to the ground. The attackers briefly fled but soon returned. The terrified victim ran into the shop, escaping through a back door into a yard. The gang chased him and resumed the brutal attack before finally being scared off.
Victim Suffers Head Injury
The boy sustained a head injury during the ordeal. Police have issued CCTV images of suspects they urgently want to speak to.
Two Teens Arrested, Investigation Ongoing
- Two 16-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
- Both have been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
